Working at Surf & Turf means working in a young and eager team with passion for hospitality. A team that inspires and enthuses each other about our products, working methods and everything surrounding it. Much, little or no experience? We are happy to train you. We make the schedule in consultation with you. Every week, this can be different or the same. Up to you. The shifts we work are from 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM until closing time (+/- 11:00 PM). SERVICE EMPLOYEE

As a 'Service Employee' you are the face of Surf & Turf. You're excited to work in a vibrant environment and you're interested in the products that Surf & Turf offers. Much, little or no experience? We are happy to train you!
Your main task is to serve our guests. You have an eye for their different wishes and you enjoy taking orders, bringing drinks and dishes to the table, and keeping the restaurant tidy. Apply and who knows, you might soon be cutting the meat at the table!

Do you have some restaurant experience and are you ready to lead a young and talented team? Apply for the position as 'Floormanager' at Surf & Turf!
Your main task is to 'manage on the floor'. You have an eye for the restaurant experience of our guests and focus on the refinement of the service of the whole team. On top of that, you are passionate about our products and like to share your knowledge about it with the guests and our team. At Surf & Turf it all comes together. Who knows it also does for you?

Would you like to know more about the ins and outs of a restaurant? And have you always been interested in helping in the kitchen or making drinks behind the bar? Apply for an 'Internship or BBL training' at Surf & Turf!
Your tasks depend on the assignments from your school or course. Together with your supervisor we will look at which position is most suitable for you. Do you want to work in the kitchen later? Or do you get excited about working with guests and colleagues on the floor? At Surf & Turf you will quickly find out. Who knows, you might end up with a part-time job!
SELF-EMPLOYED
CHEF

Have you been working independently in the kitchen for several years? Do you get excited about both meat and fish? Then apply as an 'Independent Working Chef' at Surf & Turf!
Your main tasks are 'preparing hot dishes and managing the kitchen team'. You keep an eye on the presentation of all dishes and you focus on improving the menu. You are responsible for the kitchen stock and you can communicate well with the staff on the floor. Apply and who knows, you might soon be leading behind the grill at Surf & Turf!
COOK
SIMPLER DISHES

Do you have creative ideas about the presentation of a dish? Do you have an eye for detail and like to be well prepared? Then apply as a 'Cook Simpler Dishes' at Surf & Turf!
Your main tasks are to 'prepare the mise-en-place and prepare lunch, side dishes and starters'. You have an eye for the structure of a sandwich, salad or starter and know how to season it well. In addition, you can use your creativity in making desserts and you can communicate well with a chef. Apply and who knows, you might soon put the icing on the cake!
DISHWASHER /
KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Do you like your surroundings to be clean and tidy? Would you like to help prepare the mise-en-place for the kitchen? Then apply as a 'Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant' at Surf & Turf!
Your main tasks are 'filling and unloading the dishwasher and helping with the preparation'. You have an eye for hygiene and detail. You also watch the chefs and help them prepare dishes. Cutting, baking and mixing. You will learn it all in our kitchen. Apply and who knows, you might soon make Surf & Turf shine like never before!
